Refund & Return Policy

At Fiwi Herbs, we take pride in the quality of our natural products. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Returns

You may return defective or damaged products within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. teas, herbs, powders, tinctures)
  • Personal care items (e.g. yoni steams, creams)
  • Opened or used products

To process a return, you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven’t received it within 10 working days, contact your bank and then email us at FiwiHerbsTeam@gmail.com

Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Email us at FiwiHerbsTeam@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Returns

Please return items to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
